By accessing www.netiiv.com (the “site”), operated by Netiiv, a brand of UrutiHub Ltd (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms of use and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Purpose of the site
The site presents who we are, the services we offer and examples of our work, and lets you get in touch. Its content is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice, or an offer capable of acceptance.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site and everything on it, including text, design, code, the Netiiv name and logo, and the original Imigongo-inspired artwork, are owned by UrutiHub Ltd or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reuse any part of the site, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission.
Project showcases and third-party brands
The projects section describes work we have delivered for clients and partners. Client names, logos and product screenshots remain the property of their respective owners and appear with their permission to illustrate our work; they do not imply endorsement of this site by those organisations. Live products shown are operated by their owners and may change or become unavailable without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
- Send spam, misleading or abusive messages through the contact form, or submit false information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems, or to disrupt them.
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy content beyond what search engines ordinarily do.
Inquiries and proposals
Sending us an inquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. Any estimate, timeline or scope we discuss is indicative until both parties sign a written agreement. We may decline any request at our discretion.
Third-party links
The site links to client projects, partner organisations, social networks and other external resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep information accurate and the site working, but we make no promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that content is complete or current.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute relating to the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kigali, Rwanda, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it amicably.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
